BEST GAME ON PS1 

1. Legend of Dragoon

The Legend of Dragoon is a console role-playing game developed and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation. It was released in Japan on December 2, 1999, in North America on June 11, 2000, and on January 19, 2001 in Europe. Despite mixed critical reception, the game has amassed a very large fanbase following, including several online petitions for a remake, prequel or sequel.



2. Suikoden II
Suikoden II (幻想水滸伝II Gensō Suikoden Tsū?) is a console role-playing game developed and published by Konami for the PlayStation video game console and the second installment of the Suikoden video game series. It was released in late 1998 in Japan, 1999 in North America, and in 2000 in Europe. It was also released for Microsoft Windows in 2003 only in China. The game features a vast array of characters, with over 100 characters usable in combat and many more who move the plot forward.Suikoden II takes place years after the events of the original Suikoden, and centers around an invasion by the Kingdom of Highland of the City States of Jowston. The player controls a quiet protagonist whose name is chosen by the player (named Riou in the Japanese novelization and Drama CD adaptation and Tao in the manga adaptation); he is the adopted son of Genkaku, a hero who saved the City-State of Jowston in a war against Highland years ago. The protagonist and his best friend, Jowy Atreides, each gain one half of the Rune of the Beginning, one of the 27 True Runes of the Suikoden setting, and become caught up in the intrigues of the invasion and the dark fate of those who bear the halves of that Rune.


3. Harvest Moon Back to Nature

Harvest Moon: Back to Nature is a video game in the farm simulation series Harvest Moon, developed by Victor Interactive Software. It is the only Harvest Moon game developed for the PlayStation, as well as the first Harvest Moon game for a non-Nintendo console. Characters from Harvest Moon 64 were transferred to be the characters in this game, although with new lifestyles, personalities, and relatives, including the wooable girls from Harvest Moon 64 (Ann, Elli, Popuri, Maria [known as Mary], and Karen).
A girl-oriented remake, Bokujō Monogatari Harvest Moon for Girl (or simply "for Girls"), was also developed, but until 2007, had not seen a localized English release. The setting of this game was later transferred to the 2003 and 2005 Game Boy Advance games Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. Also, the game was coupled with the girl version and ported in 2006 (2007 for North America) as Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl for the PlayStation Portable, although the box art and instructions portrayed it as a completely new game. In 2008, Marvelous Interactive released Harvest Moon: Back to Nature and Bokujō Monogatari Harvest Moon for Girl for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable via the PlayStation Network.
This game does not have much difference in the PSP game Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl . They have the same graphics, gameplay, characters, cutscenes and other. The only difference in these two is in Boy & Girl, you can choose either to play as a girl or a boy.


4. Gran Turismo

Gran Turismo (グランツーリスモ Guran Tsūrisumo?, Italian for "Grand Tourer" or "Grand Touring", abbreviated GT) is a popular and critically acclaimed series of racing simulation video games developed by Polyphony Digital.
Developed exclusively for PlayStation systems, Gran Turismo games are intended to simulate the appearance and performance of a large selection of vehicles, nearly all of which are licensed reproductions of real-world automobiles. Since the franchise's first entry in December 1997, over 63 million units have been sold worldwide for the PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Portable.
Gran Turismo can trace back its origins to 1992, when Kazunori Yamauchi set out with a group of seven to develop the original Gran Turismo, which took five years to complete.


5. Driver

Driver (known as Driver: You Are the Wheelman in the US), is a 1999 action driving video game developed by Reflections Interactive (now known as Ubisoft Reflections), who had earlier hits with Destruction Derby on the early years of the PlayStation. It is the first game in the Driver series.
